- Black Panthers repeat intimidation tactics of 2008, return to polling places in Philadelphia, PA in full uniform. A group of former Navy Seals has said should this occur they would show up to these polling places in response. Stay tuned for further updates.
- Court appointed GOP election monitoring officials are reportedly being thrown out of polling places in Philadelphia, PA. A PA judge has ordered the election monitors to be re-admitted. This issue is a repeat of 2008 and 2004.
- Black Panthers now on hand at various Ohio polling locations. Unconfirmed reports Navy Seals en route.
- Undisclosed location, voting machines recording votes for Obama as Romney. Similar reports occurred the other way in early voting. If you experience a voting anomaly, please call a voter hotline such as 1-855-444-6100.
- New York US Senate candidate Wendy Long was told by an election worker to vote Democrat all the way down or her ballot would be rejected.
- Massive Obama mural greets voters in PA polling location in violation of electioneering law. Philly court has ordered the mural covered. Judge's order states the covering of the mural must ensure "the content of the mural is invisible in its entirety." PA GOP headed back to court because of the way the Obama mural was "covered". - Allegations of vote buying in Kentucky's Adair, Knox, Casey and Meade counties. In the past Kentucky has had issues in the past with major drug dealers admitting to vote buying.
- Detroit, GOP election observer chased by man with gun. Police called. State GOP says the 911 call was rejected. Updated 12:08 PM CST
- Detroit, woman complaining about Obama supporter campaigning in polling location punched in face. Police called. When they arrived the offender reportedly also struck a police officer. Updated: 11:50 am CST.
- Registered Democrat tries to cast second ballot in North Carolina.
- Election worker wearing pro-Obama hat in Obama's home ward in Chicago.
- Obama poster found in a Florida polling location in violation of electioneering law.
- Election observer requests rejected in Ohio. The requests were submitted by True the Vote. True the Vote has stated they will be taking legal action. State Democrats are claiming the candidate signatures on the forms were forged.
- PA Judge orders Republicans outside a polling location to stop asking voters for ID. "The order states: “Individuals outside the polls are prohibited from questioning, obstructing, interrogating or asking about any form of identification and/demanding any form of identification from any prospective voter.”" PA law requires poll workers to ask for ID, but it is not required to cast a ballot.
- Large numbers of twitter users report being told they can't vote because records indicate they have already cast ballots.
- Two election judges in Chicago fired and barred for life from working polls after they were caught tampering with ballots.
- Florida robocalls tells voters they have until Wednesday evening to cast ballots.
- Washington DC, one polling location reported having not enough electronic voting cards and another reported all voting machines were broken and having only 50 paper ballots on hand.
- Official at Philly Ward 62 caught ripping pages out of ballots. Investigators from DA's office on site.
- UN election watch officials stunned by the United States lack of voter ID requirements. "The most often noted difference between American elections among the visitors was that in most U.S. states, voters need no identification. Voters can also vote by mail, sometimes online, and there's often no way to know if one person has voted several times under different names..."
- "Wonder Year's" Danica McKeller reports her moms ballot being incorrectly separated from the rest of ballots. When she asked the election worker why, she was told the box is only to make sure people don't vote twice.

- NAACP vows to continue "helping" voters by allowing Obama voters to cut in line and illegal campaigning in polling locations in Houston, TX even after authorities have declared their actions illegal.
- Registered PA voters missing from rolls, election office confirmed registration but says no polling place listed for them. They are being given provisional ballots.
