Obama's Amerika: Propaganda in the Public Schools

"The government's job is to watch out for us and to take care of us." That is how the new anti-capitalist, propaganda film, Story of Stuff, which was produced by the radical leftist Tides Foundation and is being circulated through more than 7,000 American public schools, describes the role of the federal government in our society.
From its extraction through sale, use and disposal, all the stuff in our lives affects communities at home and abroad, yet most of this is hidden from view. The Story of Stuff is a 20-minute, fast-paced, fact-filled look at the underside of our production and consumption patterns.

This "educational" film (shown above) draws close correlations with scenes from the late 1980's science fiction miniseries Amerika, in which communist public schools are shown teaching American children about the country's evils.

While some people may have been jumping the gun in criticism of President Obama's address to public school children earlier this month, these same people's fears seem to be validated by this blatant propaganda film designed to indoctrinate kids into the false belief that government is there to "take care of us".

If this propaganda film wasn't enough, is it any surprise that the board chairman of the Tides Center, the offshoot of the Tides Foundation designed to insulate the controversial organization from legal entanglements, is non-other than ACORN founder and SEIU local 100 founder, Wade Rathke?

What a load of absolute crap. My favorite line: ""It's the government's job to watch out for us, to take care of us - that's their job."

According to a father and his two sons on Glenn Beck last night, the Story on Stuff video has been shown in his school two years now...

While we're at it, why not enjoy a few more praises of Obama from our indoctrinated school children? This was filmed around June 19, 2009 at the B. Bernice Young Elementary School in Burlington, NJ.

As seen on Drudge this morning. Here's the lyrics:

Mmm, mmm, mm!

Barack Hussein Obama
He said that all must lend a hand [?]
To make this country strong again
Mmm, mmm, mm!

Barack Hussein Obama
He said we must be clear today
Equal work means equal pay
Mmm, mmm, mm!

Barack Hussein Obama
He said that we must take a stand
To make sure everyone gets a chance
Mmm, mmm, mm!

Barack Hussein Obama
He said Red, Yellow, Black or White
All are equal in his sight
Mmm, mmm, mm!

Barack Hussein Obama
Mmm, mmm, mm!

Barack Hussein Obama
