"Joyce McGautha, superintendent of the Urban Community Leadership Academy, a charter school for students in fifth through ninth grades in Kansas City, Mo., said that the video was probably taken last May during the Junior Fraternity's morning meeting at the school."
The superintendent said the video was made in a period where the students are supposed to be working on reading and writing.
The school said they would not release the name of the teacher due to legal action that may take place. The superintendent also said the school records most of their activities but said they warned the teacher the school may seek legal action if the video was posted to the web.
The official statements made by the school seem to indicate that they were not really concerned that students are being indoctrinated into the Obama camp, but more worried that evidence of indoctrination would be leaked to the Internet.
Hat tip Ed for the tip.
