Obama's New Race-Based Campaign Strategy

Unable to effectively reverse declining poll numbers, the Obama campaign and its surrogates have turned to a new race-based campaign strategy. The strategy seeks to paint anyone who disagrees with Obama or supports McCain as a racist.

Democrats just can't comprehend that voters may not trust Obama or that they disagree with his socialist policies. Thus, if someone isn't going to vote for Obama they must be racist.

"[T]he polls remain close. Doesn't make sense...unless it's race," declares CNN's Jack Cafferty.

"[Republicans] are using 'code language' to convince Midwesterners that Democrat Barack Obama is different from them. Have any of you noticed that Barack Obama is part African-American?" Kansas Governer Kathleen Sebelius asked.

"[T]he Republican Party seeks to strip blacks of their right to vote," says Dr. Christopher J. Metzler, associate dean at Georgetown University.

"Sarah Palin has been hailed as an exemplary choice for vice president and has been kindly treated thus far simply because she’s white," cries Rev. Darby, senior pastor at Morris Brown African Methodist Episcopal Church.

"If Obama Loses racism is the only reason McCain might beat him," proclaims Jacob Weisberg, Slate.com.

Yes, if Barack Obama loses it is because he is black. It's not because voters don't trust Barack Obama when he's said from the stump that he will lower taxes for 95% of Americans, because when he's been presented with the opportunity to vote for a tax cut or vote against a tax increase throughout his short political career, he chose to do just the opposite all 94 times.

Barack Obama won't have lost because he invited the most extreme individuals into his inner circle. People like Rev. Wright, who although grew up middle-class and lives in a 10,000 sq. ft. mansion, preaches to his flock that all white people are racist and that "racism is how this country was founded and how this country is still run." People like William Ayers, who on 9/11/2001 told reporters that he regrets he didn't do enough when he set bombs off in the Pentagon as part of a domestic terrorist organization known as the Weathermen. People like Tony Resko, a Syrian-born slumlord, that raised money for Barack Obama and is currently under indictment for wire fraud, bribery, money laundering, and attempted extortion. The same man who purchased a neighboring property from the same seller so that Obama could get a $300,000 discount on his multi-million dollar Chicago home.

The only reason Obama could lose the presidential election is racism. It can't be that he has continually changed his position on key issues like trade, where he was against NAFTA before he was for it, or taxes which he calls the "Bush tax cuts" and claims they are only for the rich and must be removed, but now suddenly he wants to keep in place.

There is no way the double standard by which the media treats Obama could have any affect on the outcome of the election. Like when The View's Barbara Walters asked Obama if it was true he was related to Brad Pitt and if he knew they ladies of The View thought he was sexy, but when John McCain made a similar appearance, he was greated with hostility and questions like "Should I be worried about being a slave, about being returned to slavery because certain things happened in the Constitution that you had to change?" and about Sarah Palin they asked "Who's she going to reform, you?" It can't be the blatant biases of those in the media like Chris Mathews, who gets a "thrill running up his leg" whenever Obama speaks.

Yes, it is racism that has McCain-Palin ahead in the polls and it will be racism if Obama loses.

It won't be voters who might just find themselves to be a little insulted by the blatant race-baiting and flat out lies the Obama campaign is quietly spouting in it's Spanish-language advertising, like the one below.

When more than fifty-million Americans cast their ballots for the McCain-Palin ticket on November 4, it will be because they are racists and nothing more.

As ABC's John Stossel might say, "Give me a break!"

Anyone who doesn't vote for Palin is a sexist pig. Since Obama is only half-black, you will only be half-racist at best if you don't vote for him.

I'd rather half-racist than be fully sexist.

Obama is not black. Black is a term used to denote those whose ancestors were enslaved and later lived during segregation in the USA.

Obama's ancestry includes European decent from his mother and Kenyan from his father. We can all agree that his mother's ancestors where not slaves in the US.

His father's ancestors were from Kenya, an East African nation, and never lived in the US, hence they were never enslaved in the US.

Additionally, inhabitants of Kenya were not part of the trans-Atlantic slave trade. The US took slaves from west African populations like modern day Ghana and Angola.

Further, Obama is not even culturally black. He was raised in Indonesia and later in Hawaii by his white grandparents. Hawaii is one of the states with the fewest black American populations. You could argue that Eminem is more culturally black than Obama.

Is Obama African-American? Yes, so too is any American whose ancestry includes Egyptian, Libyan, Moroccan, or Afrikaner parentage. But that doesn't make them Black, and it doesn't make Obama black.

John McCain is batshit crazy, therefore, if you don't vote for him you are discriminating against people with mental disabilities.

The McCain camp lost their bounce a week ago, but way to stay up with the polls. Your content is pulling in some classy commenters as well.
