PETA Wants the Border Fence

Yep, you read that right. PETA (People for Eating Tasty Animals) wants the border fence with Mexico, but not for the reasons you might expect. They want to promote veganism on it.
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals plans today to announce an unusual marketing pitch to the U.S. government: Rent us space on the fence for billboards warning illegal border crossers there is more to fear than the Border Patrol.

The billboards, in English and Spanish, would offer the caution: "If the Border Patrol Doesn't Get You, the Chicken and Burgers Will — Go Vegan."

Why didn't border security advocates think of this plan sooner?

By the way, who exactly does PETA think works at those chicken and beef processing plants? You guessed it, it's those very same illegal immigrants PETA thinks will be scared off by their ill-conceived advertising campaign.

How about putting ads on the border fence that describe in Espanol the penalties and punishments one might incur if one breaks the laws of the USA.
