Mexican Army Invades U.S... Again

A U.S. Border Patrol Agent was held hostage by members of the Mexican Army when they illegally crossed into the U.S. Sunday. When Border Patrol backup arrived the members of the Mexican military retreated back across the border.

It is not known at this time what spurred the momentary violation of U.S. sovereignty.
"Unfortunately, this sort of behavior by Mexican military personnel has been going on for years," union Local 2544 of the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) said on its Web page. "They are never held accountable, and the United States government will undoubtedly brush this off as another case of 'Oh well, they didn't know they were in the United States.'

There have been more than 200 incidents of Mexican military incurring into the United States in the past eight years.

It's amazing that the US government could not give a damn about this, but is more than willing to spend billions each year sealing the border between the Koreas, and is currently fixated on sealing the borders of Iran.

Absolutely agreed. Politcal Correctness and the fear of seeming "racist" to millions of illegal potential voters has our country willing to bend over the table and take it in the ass from Mexico (in more ways than one).

As an update, it turns out that there have been 43 confirmed similar incidents in just the past year alone.

US Border Patrol reps believe the incident was used to draw agents away from a nearby crossing to clear the way for smugglers.
