KS Supremes Hearing Set on Late-Term Abortion Case

The KS Supreme Court has set a date to hear arguments on the now infamous late-term abortion case in which a grand jury subpoened the patient medical records of George Tiller's Wichita abortion clinic.

Kansas Attorney General Stephen Six, appointed by Governer Sebelius after previous AG Paul Morrison had to resign as a result of an inter-office sex scandal, along with the clinic's attorneys are hoping the court will quash the subpoenas.
